0.25 Grated Tsp(0.43 gm) Lemon Zest

0.12 Tsp(0.49 ml) Lemon Juice

2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter
  • In a bowl add 1/4 cup curd, 1 tbsp chopped dill leaves,1/4th tsp lemon zest, 1/8th tsp lemon juice,1/8th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp black pepper powder and mix well.

  • Spread 2 tsp butter on bread and spread the curd mixture on bread.

  • Place 5 slices of cucumber on one bread slice and then place the other slice of bread.

  • Serve.
