Crunchy, yet creamy sandwich is a perfect cold snack for late evenings. Rich in fiber and probiotics its a perfect snack.
In a bowl add 1/4 cup curd, 1 tbsp chopped dill leaves,1/4th tsp lemon zest, 1/8th tsp lemon juice,1/8th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
Spread 2 tsp butter on bread and spread the curd mixture on bread.
Place 5 slices of cucumber on one bread slice and then place the other slice of bread.
