  • In a bowl, add 1/4th cup fennel bulb, 1/4th cup diced cucumber, 1/8th cup diced onion, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp grated lemon zest and mix well.
