Cucumber Corn Raita With Cow Milk Curd Recipe

This traditional Indian side dish or sauce is cool and delightful, especially with spicy curries.   • Boil 2 tbsp corn and keep aside.

  • In a small bowl add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2.5 tbsp grated cucumber, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.

  • Then add boiled corn and mix well again.

  • Serve with paratha.
