This traditional Indian side dish or sauce is cool and delightful, especially with spicy curries. Good-quality yogurt contains live bacterial cultures such as Lactobacillus casei that may help strengthen the immune system among other health benefits. Yogurt is also high in iodine, calcium and phosphorous. Cucumbers are a very good source of vitamin C and caffeic acid, both of which prevent water retention and reduce swelling.
Boil 2 tbsp corn and keep aside.
In a small bowl add 3 tbsp curd, 2.5 tbsp grated cucumber, 1/8th tsp salt and mix well.
Then add boiled corn and mix well again.
Serve with paratha.
