For the Dosa
- Step 1 To the batter, add 2 tbsp grated cucumber, 1.5 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli and 1/4 tsp salt for taste
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 3 Mix everything together
- Step 4 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, pour a ladle of the batter and spread it evenly.
- Step 5 Roast until crisp and fold the dosa
- Step 6 Serve hot dosa with coconut chutney

For the Chutney
- Step 1 In a mixer jar, add 1/8 tbsp chopped fresh coconut, 1/8 tsp chopped ginger, 1/8 tbsp chana dal, 1/8 tsp tamarind paste, 1/8 tsp chopped green chili, 1/8 tsp salt and grind it
- Step 2 Add a little water and grind until smooth
- Step 3 Heat a pan, add 1/8 tsp oil, 1/8 tsp rai, kadi patta and 1/8 tsp black urad dal.
- Step 4 Add the tadka over the chutney and it is ready
