- Step 1 Heat a pan with a cup of water and bring it to a boil
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp sugar, 1/8 tsp fennel seeds and cook until it thickens like a syrup
- Step 3 Turn off the flame and set aside
- Step 4 Next, in a blender add 1/2 cup diced cucumber, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp chaat masala, 1/8 tsp black salt and blend until smooth
- Step 5 Strain the juice
- Step 6 In a glass the 2 ice cubes, pour cucumber juice, fennel syrup and 1/4 cup sparkling water
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 8 Serve chilled.
