Steps
- Step 1
In a small bowl, add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sev and mix well.
- Step 2
Cut 1 cucumber into half and with a spoon remove all the seeds.
- Step 3
Fill in the mixture.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 5
Serve chilled.
