Steps
- Step 1 In a small bowl, add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tbsp sev and mix well
- Step 2 Cut the cucumber into half and with a spoon remove all the seeds
- Step 3 Fill the mixture
- Step 4 Serve chilled
