- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp boiled and chopped beetroot, 2 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1/8 cup chopped carrot and mix well
- Step 2 In another bowl mix 1 tbsp chopped green garlic, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1/8 tsp jeera powder together
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped pineapple
- Step 4 Toss everything and serve chilled
- Step 5 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
