1.0 Small(137.0 gm) Cucumber
3.0 Grated Tbsp(30.0 gm) Paneer
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(20.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Kiwi
1.0 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Pomegranate
2.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Pudina
0.13 Tsp(0.65 gm) Black Salt
  • In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp grated paneer, 2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped kiwi, 2 tsp pomegranate, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/8 tsp black salt, 2 tsp chopped pudina and mix well.

  • Cut 1 cucumber into 2 halves vertically, scoop out the seeds and fill each half with the above mixture.

  • Garnish with 1 tsp black til and pudina.

  • Serve a healthy fun snack.
