Steps
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp grated paneer, 2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped kiwi, 2 tsp pomegranate, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/8 tsp black salt, 2 tsp chopped pudina and mix well
- Step 2 Cut 1 cucumber into 2 halves vertically, scoop out the seeds and fill each half with the above mixture
- Step 3 Garnish with 1 tsp black til and pudina
- Step 4 Serve a healthy fun snack
