Steps
- Step 1
In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera and let it crackle.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp chopped onions and saute until translucent. Then add 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi and 1/8 tsp chilly powder.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 cup chopped cucumber, required water, 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato and mix well. Then add 2 tbsp grated coconut (Fresh) and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
