A cooling and innovative vegetable recipe with cucumbers. It is spicy, sweet and light on the stomach.
In a kadhai, heat 1/2 tsp oil add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera and let it crackle.
Add 2 tbsp chopped onions and saute until translucent. Then add 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi and 1/8 tsp chilly powder.
Add 1/4th cup chopped cucumber, required water, 2 tbsp chopped tomato and mix well. Then add 1/2 tbsp grated coconut (Fresh) and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
