- Step 1 Take a bowl, add 1/8 cup chopped tomato, 1/8 cup chopped cucumber, and 1/8 cup chopped apple.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding walnuts.
- Step 3 Dry roast 1/4 tsp each of fennel seeds, jeera, rai, onion seeds, and 1/8 tsp methi seeds, to make a coarse powder of the same.
- Step 4 To the veggie bowl, add 1 tsp lemon juice and prepared paanch phoran powder along with 1/4 tsp each of salt and black pepper powder.
- Step 5 Sprinkle 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, mix it properly and transfer to a serving platter.
- Step 6 Serve fresh.
