- Step 1
For Mixture
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil. Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green capsicum,

Lightly sauté the vegetables.

Add 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, and 1/4 tsp chaat masala.

Now add cooked sabudana, mashed potato, and 1/4 tsp salt, then mix well.

For Wrap
In a bowl, combine 3 tbsp maida, 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, and palak puree.

Add 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp oil, and mix well.

Gradually add water and knead into a dough.

Roll out the dough using a rolling pin.

Add the mixture to the center.

Make square pockets and seal the edges with a little water.

Heat oil for frying.

Deep fry the squares until golden brown.

Serve hot.
