1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
3 Tbsp(55.0 gm) Nestlé Milkmaid
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Sunflower Seeds
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Pumpkin Seeds
1/8 Tsp(0.24 gm) Black Elaichi
  • Heat pan add 1/2 cup, 3 tbsp Nestlé Milkmaid and stir well.

  • Add 1/8th tsp black elaichi powder, 1 tsp coarse pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp coarse sunflower seeds and mix well.

  • Boil till it thickens.

  • Turn off the flame and pour into a serving bowl.

  • Serve warm.
