- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp boiled and mashed potato, soaked sabudana, 1 tbsp

powdered peanuts, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, and 1/4 tsp each of jeera
- Step 3
and salt.
- Step 4
Mash all the ingredients well. Shape a tikki from the mashed mixture.
- Step 5
In a pan, heat oil for frying.Shallow fry the tikki until it turns golden brown.
- Step 6
Flip the tikki and repeat.
- Step 7
Now, take 1 mediumsized burger bun. Slice it open through the center.
- Step 8
Apply 2 tsp mayonnaise. Next, add 1 tbsp julienned cabbage, 1 slice of onion,

and place the tikki in the bun.
- Step 10
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 11
Cover the bun and serve.
