A great way to boost the diet with plant-based protein, crunchy sabudana desi burger is a delicious variation of a popular fast food choice. Made in a safe and homemade process, this snack packs in ample nutrients too.
In a bowl, add boiled and mashed potato, soaked sabudana, 1tbsp powdered peanuts, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, and 1/4th tsp each of jeera and salt.
Mash all the ingredients well.
Shape a tikki from the mashed mix.
In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil.
Shallow fry the tikki until it turns golden brown.
Flip the tikki and repeat.
Now, take 1 mediumsized burger bun.
Slice it open through the center.
Apply 2 tsp mayonnaise.
Next, add 1 tbsp julienned cabbage and1 slice of onion, and place the tikki in the bun.
Cover the bun and serve.
