1/4 Diced Cup(42.0 gm) Potato
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(7.0 gm) Broccoli
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Capsicum
1/2 Tbsp(5.0 gm) Peanuts
1.0 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Cream
1/4 Tsp(0.3 gm) Mixed Herbs
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
200.0 Ml(200.0 ml) Water
  • Take a kadhai and add 1 tsp butter.

  • When the butter melts, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till it turns golden brown.

  • Add 1/4th cup diced potato, water, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp mixed herbs and 1/4th tsp red chilli flakes.

  • Add this mixture in a mixer and blend well.

  • Transfer the mixture in the same kadhai and bring to a boil.

  • Add 2 tbsp chopped broccoli and mix well.

  • Then add 1 tbsp fresh cream and mix again.

  • Finally add 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/2 tbsp chopped peanuts and allow it to simmer.

  • Pour in a bowl and serve hot.
