Crunchy Potato Soup is a truly mouth-watering tempting appetizer. A blend of potato with the crunch of broccoli and peanuts, this Continental recipe can be made in 20 minutes!.
Take a kadhai and add 1 tsp butter.
When the butter melts, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till it turns golden brown.
Add 1/4th cup diced potato, water, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp mixed herbs and 1/4th tsp red chilli flakes.
Add this mixture in a mixer and blend well.
Transfer the mixture in the same kadhai and bring to a boil.
Add 2 tbsp chopped broccoli and mix well.
Then add 1 tbsp fresh cream and mix again.
Finally add 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/2 tbsp chopped peanuts and allow it to simmer.
Pour in a bowl and serve hot.
