Ingredients












Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until light brown
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup diced potato and water as required
- Step 3
Season with 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs and 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes.
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding muskmelon seeds
- Step 5
Simmer until all flavors combine well
- Step 6
Turn off the flame and let it cool slightly
- Step 7
Blend until smooth
- Step 8
Transfer the mixture in the same kadhai and simmer until it boils
- Step 9
Add 2 tbsp chopped broccoli and mix well.
- Step 10
Add 1 tbsp fresh cream and mix it up
- Step 11
Add 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/2 tbsp chopped peanuts and simmer for a minute
- Step 12
Transfer soup to a serving bowl
- Step 13
Serve hot.
