2.0 Chopped Tbsp(19.0 gm) Walnut

1.0 Mashed Tbsp(16.0 gm) Feta Cheese

1.0 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Green Capsicum

1.0 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Red Capsicum

1.0 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum

1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic

0.13 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper

1.0 Tbsp(28.0 gm) Honey

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup of Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp mashed feta cheese, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum and 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum.
Add 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper powder.
Add 1 tbsp honey and mix well.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp of chopped walnut for a nutritional twist.
