The addition of walnuts enhances the nutrition quotient of this salad with more omega-3 and antioxidants. A great low-carb, high nutrition option for a light meal.
In a bowl, add cucumber noodles, 1/2 cup of Nestlé A+ Curd,1/4th tsp each of salt and oregano, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder.
Add, 1 tbsp of chopped walnuts on top.
Toss and mix the ingredients well and serve it fresh.
