Crispy Bhindi is a crispy, spicy & delicious preparation made by cooking bhindi coated in Besan and spices.

1/4 Cup(29.0 gm) Onion (Julienne)

2 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Besan

1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai

1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Hing

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

1.5 Tsp(5.0 ml) Oil
  • In a kadhai, heat 2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera , 1/8 tsp hing, Stir well.

  • Add 1/4 cup julienne onion and saute well, Cover and cook.

  • Add 100 g bhindi, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder ,Add 1/2 tsp salt. Cover and cook.

  • Now, add 2 tbsp besan. Mix well.

  • Serve with Chapati
