Homemade Crepe Roll stuffed with egg will give a healthy and tasty breakfast idea that can be quickly prepared within 10 minutes. This high-protein recipe can also be packed up for lunch boxes.
In a mixing bowl add 1/2 number of egg,1/8th tsp salt,1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1/3rd cup maida,1/8th tsp baking powder, and mix it well.
For Egg Filling
In a mixing bowl add 1 number of egg,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th cup chopped onion,1/4th cup chopped tomato,1/4th tsp green chili paste,1/2 tsp chaat masala,1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
Heat 1/2 tbsp butter in a pan and pour crepe batter . Cook it on a low flame.
Spread egg mixture on top of the crepe and cook it on low flame from both the sides.
Spread 1/2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese then cover with a lid and cook it nicely.
Remove crepe from pan and roll it while it's hot. Roll with hand and cut in half.
