Crepes Egg Roll Recipe

Homemade Crepe Roll stuffed with egg will give a healthy and tasty breakfast idea that can be quickly prepared within 10 minutes. This high-protein recipe can also be packed up for lunch boxes.

1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Butter
1/2 Tsp(0.96 gm) Chaat Masala
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Chopped Cup(39.0 gm) Tomato
1/8 Chopped Cup(14.0 gm) Onion
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Egg Whole(45.0 gm) Egg
1/8 Tsp(0.43 gm) Baking Powder
1/3 Cup(43.0 gm) Maida
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/2 Egg Whole(23.0 gm) Egg
  • For Crepe

    In a mixing bowl add 1/2 number of egg,1/8th tsp salt,1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1/3rd cup maida,1/8th tsp baking powder, and mix it well.

  • For Egg Filling

    In a mixing bowl add 1 number of egg,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th cup chopped onion,1/4th cup chopped tomato,1/4th tsp green chili paste,1/2 tsp chaat masala,1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.

  • Heat 1/2 tbsp butter in a pan and pour crepe batter . Cook it on a low flame.

  • Spread egg mixture on top of the crepe and cook it on low flame from both the sides.

  • Spread 1/2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese then cover with a lid and cook it nicely.

  • Remove crepe from pan and roll it while it's hot. Roll with hand and cut in half.

  • Serve hot.
