Steps
- Step 1 For CrepeIn a mixing bowl add 1/2 number of egg,1/8th tsp salt,1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1/3rd cup maida,1/8th tsp baking powder, and mix it well
- Step 2 For Egg FillingIn a mixing bowl add 1 number of egg,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th cup chopped onion,1/4th cup chopped tomato,1/4th tsp green chili paste,1/2 tsp chaat masala,1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well
- Step 3 Heat 1/2 tbsp butter in a pan and pour crepe batter
- Step 4 Cook it on a low flame
- Step 5 Spread egg mixture on top of the crepe and cook it on low flame from both the sides
- Step 6 Spread 1/2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese then cover with a lid and cook it nicely
- Step 7 Remove crepe from pan and roll it while it's hot
- Step 8 Roll with hand and cut in half
- Step 9 Serve hot
