3 Tbsp(40.0 gm) Brown Rice
  • In a pan, add 2 tsp olive oil, 3 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.

  • Now, add 3 tbsp brown rice and roast until it changes color.

  • Add 1/4th cup chopped palak, 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and water.

  • Cover and let it cook.

  • Now, add 10 gm parmesan cheese, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp black pepper powder.

  • Mix well and serve hot !
