- Steps to Prepare








Take ½ cup chopped pumpkin, boil and mash it into a puree. Keep aside.
Heat 1/2 tbsp butter in a frying pan at a low flame, add 1/4 cup chopped onion and sauté.
Once the onions start to become transparent, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, ½ cup of previously mashed pumpkin, mix properly and then add water.
Stir in 1 tbsp cream and allow it to cook.
Once the soup starts to simmer, add 1/4th tsp salt along with 1/4th tsp black pepper, mix properly and cook for a few minutes.
Take off the flame, pour in a blender and blend to obtain a soup like consistency.
Garnish with cream.
Serve hot.
