Boil and dice 1/3rd cup potato and keep aside.
Take a pan and heat 1/2 tsp olive oil
In a bowl add 1/3rd cup boiled potato, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt, and 2 tsp curd. Saute well
Garnish with coriander leaves.
