- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp olive oil, add 2 tbsp diced onion, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and saute
- Step 2 Add cooked cowpea and add water as required
- Step 3 Stir well and let it simmer and stir well.
- Step 4 Add 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 tbsp cream and mix properly.
- Step 5 Turn off the flame and let it cool slightly
- Step 6 Blend the soup until smooth
- Step 7 Transfer soup to a serving bowl
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding coriander leaves
- Step 9 Serve hot.
