- Step 1 Soak and pressure cook 2 tbsp chickpeas.
- Step 2 Also make hung Nestlé A+ Curd by straining 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd in a muslin cloth.
- Step 3 In a bowl, take the cooked chickpeas and mash it coarsely.
- Step 4 Add the hung Nestlé A+ Curd and mix this mixture.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding green olives.
- Step 6 To this add 1/4 tsp red chili flakes, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs and mix well
- Step 7 On a sliced hot dog bun, place lettuce leaf.
- Step 8 Add the chole mixture.
- Step 9 Add 1 tbsp cream, cover and lightly cook on a pan for 5 minutes.
- Step 10 Serve it with dip of your choice.
