Prepreparation,

Boil 1/2 tbsp sweet corn and keep aside.

For the toast,
- Step 4
In a pan add 1 tsp butter.
- Step 5
When the butter melts, add 1 brown wheat bread and toast evenly on both sides. Keep aside.

In the same pan, melt 3 tsp butter
- Step 7
To that add 1tsp wheat flour and mix well.
- Step 8
Add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk. Whisk till the flour is mixed properly without any lumps.

Then add 1 tbsp grated cheese, 1/2 tbsp sweet corn, 1/2 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/2 tbsp chopped red capsicum and mix well.
- Step 10
Season the mixture with 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp oregano and mix well.
- Step 11
Once mixed properly, spread the mixture over the whole wheat toast.
- Step 12
Cut the bread in halve and serve hot with sauce.
