1 Grated Tsp(3.0 gm) Paneer
2 Chopped Tbsp(7.0 gm) Basil Leaves
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Butter
1/2 Chopped Cup(69.0 gm) Celery Stalk
2 Tsp(6.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/2 Cup(125.0 ml) Water
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/8 Chopped Cup(3.0 gm) Celery Leaves
  • Heat a kadhai on low flame, add 1 tbsp butter and allow it to melt.

  • Add 1 tsp finely chopped garlic and saute till aromatic.

  • Add 1/2 cup chopped celery stalk, add 2 tsp wheat flour and saute again.

  • Add 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and allow it to simmer.

  • Then, add 1/8th cup celery leaves, 1/8th cup chopped basil leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder.

  • Add 2 tsp fresh cream and stir well.

  • Blend well and add 1 tsp grated paneer as topping, serve hot.
