Heat a kadhai on low flame, add 1 tbsp butter and allow it to melt.
Add 1 tsp finely chopped garlic and saute till aromatic.
Add 1/2 cup chopped celery stalk, add 2 tsp wheat flour and saute again.
Add 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and allow it to simmer.
Then, add 1/8th cup celery leaves, 1/8th cup chopped basil leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder.
Add 2 tsp fresh cream and stir well.
Blend well and add 1 tsp grated paneer as topping, serve hot.
