- Step 1 Heat a kadhai on low flame, add 1 tbsp butter and allow it to melt.
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp finely chopped garlic and saute till aromatic.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 cup chopped celery stalk, add 2 tsp wheat flour and saute again.
- Step 4 Add water as required, 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, mix and allow it to simmer.
- Step 5 Then, add 1/8 cup chopped celery leaves, 1/8 cup chopped basil leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 6 Turn off the heat.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 8 Blend well till smooth and garnish with 1 tsp grated paneer, serve hot.
