Steps
- Step 1 In a kadhai, heat 1/4 tsp oil
- Step 2 Add 1/4th cup of diced carrot and saute
- Step 3 Then, add 1/4th tsp each of salt and pepper and stir well
- Step 4 Add 100 ml water, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes
- Step 5 Put off the heat, and puree with a blender
- Step 6 Finally, add 2 tbsp fresh cream and mix, add 1/4th cup diced apple on top and serve in a bowl
- Step 7 Add a tsp of black sesame seeds for a nutritional twist
