Creamed Spinach Dip is a must-have accompaniment. Making the cheesy dips healthier with green leafy vegetables and increasing the iron and protein content makes this dip an excellent choice. It can be a great choice as a spread on toast, roti or sandwich.
Nutrition Information per serve
In a heated pan add 2 tbsp butter, 4.5tbsp chopped onions, 1 tbsp maida.
Saute all the ingredients.
Now add 1/4th tsp grated garlic,1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp chilli flakes, 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 2 tbsp cream cheese and 1/4th cup fresh cream.
Mix all ingredients well.
Now add 1/2 cup chopped spinach and allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
Season with 1/4th tsp black pepper, 1/4th cup grated cheese and mix it.
Yummy creamed spinach dip is ready.
