1.0 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Cream
1.0 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Onion
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Butter
100.0 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
  • Melt 1/2 tsp butter in a frying pan at a low flame.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped onion and saute.

  • Once the garlic and onions are slightly reduced add blanched spinach.

  • Further, fold in 1 tbsp cream and add 1/8 tsp salt.

  • Pour in a required amount of water and blend to obtain a souplike consistency.

  • Allow the soup to simmer, turn off the flame, transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Serve hot.
