Easy to cook, liquid food made with a combination of spinach, vegetables and seasonings makes a creamy, warm appetiser.
Melt 1 tbsp butter in a frying pan at a low flame.
Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped onion and saute.
Once the garlic and onions are slightly reduced add blanched spinach.
Further, fold in 2 tbsp cream and add 1/8 tsp salt.
Pour in a required amount of water and blend to obtain a souplike consistency.
Allow the soup to simmer, turn off the flame, transfer to a serving bowl.
