2 Tsp(6.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Cream
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
150 Ml(63.0 ml) Water
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Chopped Cup(46.0 gm) Mushroom
  • Heat a kadhai on low flame, add 1 tbsp butter and allow it to melt.

  • Add 1 tsp finely chopped garlic and saute till aromatic.

  • Add 1/2 cup chopped mushroom, add 2 tsp wheat flour and saute again.

  • Add water, 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and allow it to simmer.

  • Then, add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder.

  • Add 2 tsp fresh cream and stir Well.

  • Once the soup in thickened switch off the heat and serve hot.
