Couscous Roti With Oil Recipe

Couscous is a healthier substitute for semolina or any other grain to add up in your roti and goes well with any of your favorite meal!

1 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Couscous
35 Ml(35.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
  • Mix 2 tbsp couscous flour with 1 tbsp wheat flour in a mixing bowl.

  • Season with 1/8th tsp salt and add water.

  • Knead it into a soft dough.

  • Roll out the dough using a rolling pin.

  • Roast on both sides with 1/2 tsp oil.

  • Serve hot.
