- Step 1 Heat a pan with water and bring it to a boil
- Step 2 Add 3 tbsp couscous, cook until soft and drain the excess water
- Step 3 Heat another pan with 1/2 tsp olive oil, add 1 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 cup diced mushroom and saute well.
- Step 4 Season with 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, salt for taste and mix well
- Step 5 Add cooked couscous and combine well
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped walnuts
- Step 7 Add 1 tsp lemon juice and garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 8 Serve warm
