3 Tbsp(46.0 gm) Couscous
  • In a kadai, add water, 3 tbsp couscous and cook well.

  • In a pan, add 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp grated garlic, 1/8th cup diced mushroom and saute well.

  • Now, add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

  • Add cooked couscous and mix well.

  • Serve hot.
