2 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Couscous
2 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Sweet Corn
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Green Capsicum (Chopped )
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Red Capsicum (Chopped )
1/4 Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
As Required(50.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(11.0 gm) Honey
Heat 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp each of chopped green and red capsicum, stir fry and keep aside.
Heat 1 tsp oil, add 2 tbsp couscous and saute.
Add water, cover and allow to cook, now add stir fried vegetables, boiled corn, 1 tsp honey, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder.
Mix well and serve.
