Steps
- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp each of chopped green and red capsicum, stir fry and keep aside
- Step 2 Heat 1 tsp oil, add 2 tbsp couscous and saute
- Step 3 Add water, cover and allow to cook, now add stir fried vegetables, boiled corn, 1 tsp honey, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder
- Step 4 Mix well and serve
