In a pan, add 2 tbsp chopped dried apricot, 2 tbsp chopped pista and dry roast and keep aside.
Heat 1 tsp oil, add 2 tbsp couscous and water saute, close the lid and allow to cook.
Now add roasted nuts, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp mango powder mix well and serve.
