For paneer tikka
Take a pan and heat 1 tsp oil.
Then add marinated paneer and roast well.
For smoke
Place 1 burnt coal and add 1 tsp oil.
Cover and allow the smoke to settle.
Keep aside.
For salad
In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt, prepared paneer tikka and mix well and keep aside.
For frankie
In a pan, roast chapatti on 1 side
Spread 2 tsp schezwan chutney on the tortilla.
Then spread 1/8th cup julienne cabbage, half of prepared stuffing and fold into a wrap.
Cut and serve.
