For Wrap
- Step 1 Add 2 tbsp singhada flour, water as required, 2 tbsp wheat flour, knead and roll out to make a large thin chapati.

For Paneer Tikka
- Step 1 Marinate 3 tbsp paneer cubes with 1/2 tsp each of ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and lemon juice, 1/4 tsp each of black pepper powder, coriander powder, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder and 1/8 tsp each of haldi and salt for 15 min.
- Step 2 Take a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera and mix.
- Step 3 Then add marinated paneer and roast well.

For smoke
- Step 1 Place 1 burnt coal in a small bowl and place it inside the pan and add oil on top of it.
- Step 2 Cover and allow the smoke to settle.
- Step 3 Keep aside.

For salad
- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/8 tsp salt, prepared paneer tikka and mix well and keep aside.

For Frankie
- Step 1 In a pan, roast chapati on both sides.
- Step 2 Spread 2 tsp schezwan chutney on the chapati.
- Step 3 Then spread 1/8 cup julienne cabbage, prepared stuffing and fold into a wrap.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Cut and serve.
