Steps
- Step 1
Cut 100 gm paneer into a steak shape.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp jeera powder , 1/8 tsp salt , 1/4 tsp mixed herbs , 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder on the paneer steak.
- Step 3
Marinate paneer for 15 min.
- Step 4
In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter, add marinated paneer.
- Step 5
Sear on both the sides until golden brown.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
