  • In a pan heat 2 tsp ghee and roast 2 tbsp semolina until light brown.

  • Pour 1/2 cup Nestlé Milkmaid and 3 tbsp grated paneer.

  • On a low flame, keep stirring until whole mixture comes together.

  • Add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and mix well.

  • Turn off the flame and take the mixture in a plate and allow it to cool down.

  • Grease your hands with ghee and make equal size ladoo.

  • Garnish with 1 tsp chopped almond.
