- Step 1 In a bowl add 3 tsp suji with 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd. Mix and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Step 2 Take suji Nestlé A+ Curd mixture, add 3 tsp besan and mix well.
- Step 3 Add 3 tsp grated cottage cheese, 2 tsp grated carrot, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8 tsp fruit salt, water as required and mix well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding spinach.
- Step 5 Grease Idli mould with 1/8 tsp oil and fill the mixture into the Idli moulds and steam it for 810 min.
- Step 6 Serve hot with coconut chutney.
