Cornflakes Peanut Jhalmuri Recipe

Replacing regular bhel with corn flakes adds in more fiber and crunch. Crunchy, tasty and doesn't get soggy too due to its texture. a must try recipe for your evening hunger pangs.

1/8 Cup(10.0 gm) Corn Flakes
1 Chopped Tbsp(25.0 gm) Tomato
1 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
1/4 Tsp(0.48 gm) Chaat Masala
1/2 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1 Chopped Tsp(0.76 gm) Pudina
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Roasted Peanuts
  • In a bowl add 1/4th cup cron flakes, 1 tbsp roasted peanuts , 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp chopped mint leaves.

  • Toss all ingredients well.

  • Serve fresh.
