Corns provides a good amount of dietary fibre multivitamins and minerals, goes perfectly with cheese sauce.
Heat kadhai, add 1 tsp butter, stir till it dissolve.
Then add 1 tbsp corn flour, roast it well.
Then add 1/2 cup milk, stir well.
Then add 2 tbsp grated cheese, 1 tbsp boiled corn, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, mix it well.
Add white sesame seeds (Nutritional Twist), mix well.
Cook till its thicken and serve hot.
