Corn Tomato Rasam is a sweet and tangy traditional dish. Easy to make and makes a perfect warm beverage to have along with rice or even as a soup for the winter nights.

In a pan heat 1/2 tsp ghee.
When the ghee melts, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
Add 3 tbsp chopped tomato and mix well again.
Add 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp, 1 tsp rasam masala, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
Add blanched sweet corn, water and mix again.
Finally add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
