Corn Cheese Tacos with Jalapeno Dip Recipe

These scrumptious and filling tacos are chock-full of crunchy veggies, cheese and corn, all drowned in a flavour-packed jalapeno and cheese sauce.

60.0 Ml(60.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Jalapeno
2.0 Grated Tbsp(15.0 gm) Cheese
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
  • Pre Preparations

  • Boil 1.5tbsp sweet corn.

  • For dip

    Heat a pan and add 60 ml Nestlé A+ Milk,2 tbsp grated cheese and mix well.

  • Add 1/4th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, mix well.

  • Let it simmer

  • Take a bowl and pour the prepared sauce in it and add 1 tbsp chopped jalapeno.

  • Mix well and keep it aside.

  • For tacos

  • In a bowl add boiled sweet corn, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp red chilli flakes,1/4th tsp salt,1/8th tsp black pepper powder and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

  • Place tacos and fll the prepared mixture.

  • Add 1 tbsp grated cheese

  • Serve with dip.
