Corn Sprouts Bhel Recipe

Want to add something healthy to your lip-smacking bhel, then add sprouts and sweet corn to it. This street food is a very convenient way to have the bhel in a non-messy way as it is dry and has all the flavors, tangy, spicy and savory. It is high protein and low-calorie snack relished by all.

1 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
2 Boiled Chopped Tbsp(25.0 gm) Potato
1/4 Boiled Cup(39.0 gm) Sweet Corn
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Chana Dal
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • For Chutney

    In a blender, add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp hing, 1 tbsp chana dal, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp lemon juice.

  • Blend all the ingredients into a dry chutney.

  • For Bhel

    In a mixing bowl, add boiled sweet corn, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped boiled potato, chutney mixture, and 1 tbsp sev

  • Mix all the ingredients well.

  • Then add 1 tsp lemon juice, sprouted moong, and mix again.

  • Serve fresh.
