For Chutney
In a blender, add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp hing, 1 tbsp chana dal, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp lemon juice.
Blend all the ingredients into a dry chutney.
For Bhel
In a mixing bowl, add boiled sweet corn, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped boiled potato, chutney mixture, and 1 tbsp sev
Mix all the ingredients well.
Then add 1 tsp lemon juice, sprouted moong, and mix again.
Serve fresh.
