These yummy, soft and very easy to make pancakes are perfect for a lazy day breakfast.
In a mixing bowl, add cooked rice,1 tbsp besan, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, sweet corn mixture and mix the ingredients well.
To this, add 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, and 1/4th tsp salt.
Mix the ingredients well and let the batter rest for 10 mins.
Now heat a pan and add 1/2 tsp oil.
Spread the batter evenly to avoid clumps.
Cover and let the pancake cook.
Flip and repeat.
