Corn Rice Pancake Recipe

These yummy, soft and very easy to make pancakes are perfect for a lazy day breakfast.

1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Sweet Corn(Boiled)
2 Tsp(9.0 gm) Rice
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Besan
2 Tbsp(29.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1/2 Tsp(0.94 gm) Ginger(Grated)
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
  • In a mixing bowl, add cooked rice,1 tbsp besan, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, sweet corn mixture and mix the ingredients well.

  • To this, add 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, and 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Mix the ingredients well and let the batter rest for 10 mins.

  • Now heat a pan and add 1/2 tsp oil.

  • Spread the batter evenly to avoid clumps.

  • Cover and let the pancake cook.

  • Flip and repeat.
