Corn Potato Jowar Paratha Without Oil Recipe

A flatbread native to the Indian subcontinent made of the traditional staple wheat and Jowar stuffed with potato and corn to make it a Fiber, Potassium, and Vitamin B.

1 Boiled Tbsp(12.0 gm) Sweet Corn
1 Boiled Mashed Tbsp(16.0 gm) Potato
20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Ajwain
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli
2 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
2 Flour Tbsp(13.0 gm) Jowar
  • For stuffing

    In a bowl, add 1 tbsp boiled mashed poatato,1 tbsp boiled corn, 1 tsp mango powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp jeera and mix well. Keep aside.

  • For dough

    In a bowl, add 2 tbsp jowar flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8th tsp ajwain and water. Knead the dough.

  • Roll it into a paratha.

  • For paratha

    Fill the prepared mixture into the rolled dough and seal it from all sides.

  • Roll into a paratha and heat a griddle to roast.

  • Grease the griddle with ghee and roast completely.

  • Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
