Ingredients

- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 4 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp besan,1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, and sufficient water.
- Step 2
Whisk all the ingredients together until it forms a smooth mixture.
- Step 3
Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a pan.
- Step 4
Add 1/8th tsp rai,1/4th tsp jeera, and let it crackle.
- Step 5
Add 1/2 cinnamon stick and 4 leaves of kadi patta and saute.
- Step 6
Then, add 1 tsp each of chopped green and red capsicum, 1 tbsp sweet corn and saute well.
- Step 7
Now add the prepared Nestlé A+ Curd mixture and water as required and mix well.
- Step 8
Let it simmer for 23 minute.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
