Corn and Peas makes a healthy combination of protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals. It is packed with nutrients and a tasty meal option goes perfectly with chapatti or rice.
In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/4th tsp jeera and let it crackle.
Add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp tomato,1 tsp of chopped garlic, and saute well.
Next, add 1.5 tbsp boiled peas, 2 tbsp sweet corn, and saute.
Add 1/4th tsp each of haldi, red chilli powder, dhania powder.
Mix well, add sufficient water, 1/4th tsp salt and saute well again.
Add black sesame seed for a nutritional twist.
Serve with chapati.
