Corn Peas Dry Vegetable Recipe

Corn and Peas makes a healthy combination of protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals. It is packed with nutrients and a tasty meal option goes perfectly with chapatti or rice.

  • In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/4th tsp jeera and let it crackle.

  • Add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp tomato,1 tsp of chopped garlic, and saute well.

  • Next, add 1.5 tbsp boiled peas, 2 tbsp sweet corn, and saute.

  • Add 1/4th tsp each of haldi, red chilli powder, dhania powder.

  • Mix well, add sufficient water, 1/4th tsp salt and saute well again.

  • Add black sesame seed for a nutritional twist.

  • Serve with chapati.
