1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Peanuts
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.46 gm) Coriander Leaves
5 Tbsp(71.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1.5 Boiled Tbsp(36.0 gm) Sweet Corn
  • Prepreparation

    Boil 3 tbsp sweet corn and keep aside.

  • For Raita

    Take a mixing bowl and add 3 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, crushed peanuts, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/8th tsp salt and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Mix very well with a spoon.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Garnish with boiled sweet corn pieces.

  • Serve cold.
