- Step 1
For Dough
Add 1/4 cup wheat flour, water as required and knead a dough.
- Step 2
For Stuffing
To make the filling for the paratha, take 1/8 cup boiled sweet corn, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves in a bowl.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 4
To this, add 1/4 tsp each of ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, haldi, jeera, and ajwain.

Then mash and mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 6
Keep the mixture aside.
- Step 7
Now, roll the dough into a round paratha.
- Step 8
Fill the stuffing carefully, fold the dough edges leaving no gaps and roll out again gently.
- Step 9
Apply 1 tsp ghee and roast the paratha on both sides on a heated tawa.
- Step 10
Serve hot.
