Corn Oats Mayonnaise is a simple healthy spread which can be made super quickly with hung Nestlé A+ Curd. It goes super well as an accompaniment with burgers, lavash or crudites. Corn and Oats are super rich in fiber and nutrients like protein vitamins and minerals making this spread delicious and healthy for your children.

1 Flour Tbsp(6.0 gm) Oats
1 Grated Tbsp(8.0 gm) Baby Corn
1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
2 Tsp(22.0 gm) Honey
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
4 Tbsp(57.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
  • In a mixing bowl take hung Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp honey, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp grated baby corn and 1 tbsp oats flour.

  • Mix well till a smooth consistency is obtained, follow this by transferring to a bowl.

  • Serve cold or room temperature.
