Steps
- Step 1
In a blender add 2 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp ragi flour, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp grated ginger and 1/2 tsp chopped green chili
- Step 2
Por in little water an grind to a smooth batter
- Step 3
Transfer to a bowl add salt for taste and mix well
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrots
- Step 5
Add 1/2 tsp fruit salt, mix gently and set aside.
- Step 6
Grease the Idli mould with 1/2 tsp oil and pour a spoonful batter in each mould
- Step 7
Steam the idlis until cooked, let it cool slightly and demould
- Step 8
Serve hot with chutney or sambhar
