Sweet corn is one of the kids favorite veggie. Apart from partial sweet taste, it also adds lot of nutrients making it an healthy addition along with other ingredients.

  • In a jar add 2 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp suji, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli and pulse it coarsely.

  • In a bowl add the coarse mix, add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and water as required.

  • Keep the batter consistency thick.

  • Add 1/2 tsp fruit salt and stir gently.

  • Grease the Idli mould with 1 tsp oil and pour spoonful batter in each

  • Steam in the idli steamer till it cooks.

  • Once the idli are cooked cool them slightly.

  • Demould the idlis using a spoon.

  • Serve Hot.
